Before people start using the gcc name to commit, all the bits in CVSROOT
that have the egcs name hardcoded need to be updated to handle the gcc
name as well.

All the old module names that refer to egcs should probably be made to
point use gcc instead as well.

Something like the following patch seems appropriate (though, the contents
of the various modules could do with being reviewed to account for
libstdc++-v3 etc., if anyone uses them).  (This patch also removes the
modules entries referring to glibc and guile.)  OK to commit?
