Anyone can have any legal opinion they like, and after all such a
requirement would surely be argued, but it is definitely in the dubious
area -- again I refer people to Intergraph vs Bentley, which is quite
closely related (though unforunately there is no decision to look up,
since it was settled 24 hours before the judge rendered an opinion :-(
