stress-1.16 released

I've released a new version of stress, the GCC compile testsuite.
I use this as our internal testsuite for the Hitachi SH target.
The new version is at:
ftp://shell14.ba.best.com/pub.t/tm2/stress-1.16.tar.gz
The makefile will require some tweaking to test other processors.
