It surely looks like the NDA could put you in the position of not being
able to take advantage of anything which might be documented incorrectly
or insufficiently in the instruction set manual. If it attempts to
prevent you from disclosing work which is based entirely on the
information which has already been released, it seems to go too far.
But, I don't expect to get into the thick of this; I have been unable to
get anyone interested in having me work on atmel stuff even with the
plethora of job openings advertised here.
Just my opinion, and an expression of interest in the real answer, even
if off topic.
