Thanks for the tips. Actually, before attempting to get the latest GCC
snapshot, I installed the latest binutils from HJ Lu (2.9.5.0.37). I'm not
sure where they stand with respect to "today's CVS binutils"... Maybe
HJ could comment on this...
BTW, how does one know if the symbol is hidden by looking at nm output ?
