BUT then Bobby Rae will have to use "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" (as Bobby Rae does
not have root and is installing the new dustydeck.exe in ~/bin); which is
an annoyance and source of other support nightmares. (as anyone that has
had users with LD_LIBRARY_PATH's miles long in their .cshrc knows)
