If a site doesn't use an imported cgi-script, then we can probably arrange
for them to get stuff off our server much like we do with the CVSweb,
mail archives, etc.

Is there any way have a reference to faq.html automatically redirect into
the FOM server? If so how maintainable is that kind of stuff?

We certainly need something to respond to a request for faq.html :-) The
only question in my mind is can we automatically redirect that kind of
request into FOM, or do we have to put up a trivial page with a link to the
FOM server?
