So we are to believe that AOL and Novell have been warned each time their
users are blocked from sending e-mail? I have not been able to get a
response from either on what their plan is for dealing with this; I generally
send the blocking notice to their postmaster. Novell typically corrects the
situation after a couple of weeks; AOL in a day or so.
