OS X port help

Somehow or other, the technicians who installed my boss' OS X Server
neglected to include a C compiler and also neglected to give us the
software on CD. All the online documentation says that OS X C compiler
is a GNU release, or at least GNU compatible (?). As any kind of UNIX/BSD
system is practically useless without a C compiler, is there anywhere I
could download a working binary for G3 systems?
thank you,
