Odd. I can't explain why the others were not done. They're certainly
done on my OpenServer builds...
Did you download the source image that contained all the languages?
Did you explictly disable them during a configure with an
"--enable-languages=c,c++"? Did you do a 'make bootstrap' per the doc?
