That would be great.  Perhaps it would even be possible to do that
kind of thing in a similar way that debugging information is
constructed.  

TenDRA <URL:http://alph.dra.hmg.gb/TenDRA/> already does this (for C
and C++), and has a documented format for the output, but probably XML
would be the Right Thing to use.
