Looks like we're getting past the recent turbulence. (Special thanx
to Jason and Mark for the recent turbo round of C++ bug fixes!)
* This is the furst batch run from the new dejagnu suite.
* I've added my "selectively ignore flags" option to that dejagnu
suite so my COFF tests don't combust on -fPIC.
* I don't think any of the failures are really new and believe they've
all been described in detail before.
Native configuration is i686-pc-sco3.2v5.0.5
