Calling it "ANSI C++" rather than "ISO C++" is seen by some as denigrating
the equally hard work of all those folks from other countries who
contributed to the standard.
As egcs is an international project, we should be saying "ISO C++".
With ANSI C, at least there is a bit of justification as ANSI C existed
before ISO C did.
