egcs-1.1a & libg++

Could somebody comment the following:
In
http://egcs.cygnus.com/egcs-1.1/caveats.html
in the text:
egcs has an integrated libstdc++, but does not have an integrated
libg++. Furthermore old libg++ releases will not work with egcs; HJ Lu
has made a libg++ snapshot available which may work with egcs.
reference to libg++ snapshot is linked to
ftp://ftp.yggdrasil.com/private/hjl/libg++-2.8.1-980828.tar.gz
i.e. to file, which do not exist!
Is it not intended to be file libg++-2.8.2-980828.tar.gz ???
Such a file is there!
