In egcs 1.1a diff from 1.0.3a, gcc/unprotoize.c is gone. I had
to create it manually. Is it an oversight? Should
unprotoize.c:
echo "#define UNPROTOIZE" > $@
echo "#include \"protoize.c\"" >> $@
be in gcc/Makefile.in?
