For those who are interested in more gory details, the following
is a comparison of the reports of
19980803/gcc/testsuite. I am rechecking to see if any
missing XPASS is associated with a failure.
Both tests were configured with binutils-2.9.1, make-3.76.1, the
latest infrastructure/dejagnu, and 19980803/gcc/testsuite.
Default compiler options were used, except that 1.0.3a was built
with -O0, as it does not build itself successfully otherwise.
The libf2c/Makefile.in appears to have worked correctly in these
cases without the small changes required on certain other
systems.
