Look in the msvc-compat-binutils directory under either of the above (it's
a symbolic link to the same place, so just get one ...).
I've extracted all the patches sent to gnu-win32 mailing list, and applied
them (with some local changes) to binutils-2.9.1.
Author's name and email are in the ChangeLogs.
fyi, this is completely unsupported; I will accept bug reports however and
patches are more than welcome.
