Just so folks know -- obvious typos in ChangeLog entries, comments, docs,
web pages and the like need not be approved before they are installed into
the source tree. Just fix them.
I guess I just assumed folks knew that was OK. My goof. I'll also put
a note in checkin.html to this effect.
