Hi there.
I tried to compile egcs 1.0.3a, and got the following error :
(...)
_mulsi3
cpp: Usage: /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-unknown-linux-gnulibc1/2.7.2.3/cpp
[switches] input output
make[2]: *** [libgcc1.a] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/egcs-built/gcc'
make[1]: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/egcs-built/gcc'
make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
I read the FAQ, and it said it had something to do with my LIBRARY_PATH
enviroment variable. Something about implicit '.' (points)...
Here is my LIBRARY_PATH variable :
/usr/local/lib/qt/lib/:/usr/local/lib/glut-3.6/lib/glut/:/usr/lib/:/usr/local/lib/:/lib/
Does anybody see anything wrong with it ? What do I have to do to make
it built ?
I'm attaching the whole 'make bootstrap' output.
Ps. I use glibc2.0.6 and gcc2.7.2.3.
