The below patch has been submitted to the rcs folks... I used it to
import the , files. It should be ok, I tested it, and it works well
for me. Doing this enables you to use , in the filenames, but older
rcses will not be able to deal with the new file (no surprise).
Never heard back from the ecs folks, so I don't know if it will make
it into the next rcs release. Let me know if you know of any good
reason why one should not do this.
