(971122) i386-cygwin32-gcc test results


Here're the gcc test results for i386-cygwin32. The C++ part needs a bit
more work (exceptions are hosed due to problems with DWARF2 unwind stuff,
and a few other minor nits), but look good so far. I'm still going thru
the logs to make sure dejagnu + ExpectNT is doing its thing.

The mg.exp failure is due to the lack of /dev/null, and if I ignore the
gcov one on top of that, the results are as good as on i386-linux-gnulibc1.
