There is a new failure for g++ (new2.C), as well as an internal compiler
error while building HJ's patched libg++ 2.8.0b6 (HJ just reported the
bug with a short code snippet).

Kudos to Jason for putting in changes that go a long way towards making
C++ front end fully functional on PE-COFF targets (currently I have no
choice but to disable the named/unique section support and lose the ELF
like benefits).
