Hi,
Below there are results of testing egcs-971105 on powerpc-ibm-aix4.2.1.0
I must note that results are slightly worse than of egcs-971023
(egcs-971031 doesn't build at all).
egcs was configured with --enable-shared --disable-multilib using
native binutils and was build in *standard* way as mentioned by
Jeffrey Law (i.e. make bootstrap; cd gcc; make -k check; etc.).
I was slightly confused due to absence of egcs-971105/libraries
subdirectory (libraries were created in egcs-971105/libio and
egcs-971105/libstdc++ instead) - may be this is the result of
--disable-multilib option?
As for tests, I see some new unexpected failures. Also I must to
say that profiler test (g++.law/profile1.C) is not suitable at all
with such configuration and must be moved to "expected failures"
section.
Andrey.
