Results for 3.2 20020506 (experimental) testsuite on i686-pc-cygwin

- Subject: Results for 3.2 20020506 (experimental) testsuite on i686-pc-cygwin
Built and tested with with:
- binutils rebuilt with 16-byte alignment
- CYGWIN=check_case:strict
libjava results are actually an improvement. Rebuilding
binutils with 16-byte alignment allowed another test to
pass. This exposed a dejagnu problem which killed the
testsuite.
