- Subject: [COMMITTED] Regenerate gcc/configure
r277753 regenerated gcc/configure but the version of autoconf used for the
regeneration added lines to support "runstatedir".
The attached patch is the result of regenerating configure with the correct
version/configuration of autoconf.
