[PATCH] Add -fprofile-note option.

Hi.

The patch is about a new option that can be handy when you pipe
output and you do not use an object file.

Patch can bootstrap on x86_64-linux-gnu and survives regression tests.

Ready to be installed?
Thanks,
Martin
