[PATCH] rs6000: Fix for the previous abi_v4_pass_in_fpr change


I was a bit over-enthusiastic, we still support xilinxfp.

Tested on powerpc64-linux {-m664,-m32}, committing.

	TARGET_DOUBLE_FLOAT and TARGET_SINGLE_FLOAT conditions on the DFmode
	resp. SFmode cases.
