Curious that they don't link to https://www.openacc.org/sites/default/files/inline-files/OpenACC_2_0_specification.pdf for that actual document. The generic link to the top matter can be in the first paragraph. It would be nice if all the links could be links to the actual section, something like https://www.openacc.org/sites/default/files/inline-files/OpenACC_2_0_specification.pdf#page=31, but I guess that would be a little bit of work. :-) Not sure this is what you wanted to hear.
