	(emit_mode_adjustments): Add mode_unit_size adjustments.
	(emit_insn_modes_c): Emit new arrays.
	* machmode.h (GET_MODE_UNIT_SIZE, GET_MODE_UNIT_PRECISION): Update to
	use new inline methods.
