[PATCH][wwwdocs] Mention xgene-1 in arm and aarch64, FreeBSD support for arm

Hi all,

This patch to changes.html mentions the xgene1 support in GCC 5 for arm and aarch64 and also the FreeBSD support for ARM.

Is this ok?
I added the FreeBSD part in the Operating Systems section similar to Dragonfly BSD.

Thanks,
Kyrill
