Subject: [Ada] Aspect Default_Storage_Pool

This aspect was not properly recognized by GNAT, even though the corresponding
pragma was fully handled.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	* sem_ch13.adb (Analyze_One_Aspect): Generate pragma for aspect
	Default_Storage_Pool.
