[PATCH 2/2] remove pointer-set.[ch]

just what it says on the tin.

bootstrapped + regtested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, also bootstrapped on
i686-unknown-linux-gnu, ran config-list.mk, ok?  gcc/
