seems pointless

 /* ~x & ~y -> ~(x | y) */

   if (INTEGRAL_TYPE_P (TREE_TYPE (@0)))
   (bit_not (bit_ior @0 @1)))

likewise.

I have removed the pointless ones and committed the patch.
