[DOC Patch] Incorrect @xref in #pragma visibility

I have a release on file with the FSF, but don't have SVN write access.

Problem description:
The existing docs have an @xref in the middle of a sentence, resulting in weird capitalization and sentence structure:

"This pragma allows the user to set the visibility for multiple declarations without having to give each a visibility attribute See Function Attributes, for more information about visibility and the attribute syntax."
