Subject: Go patch committed: Sync Go to external repository

This patch to the Go frontend and libgo syncs Go to the external repo.
While the GCC 4.9 release was bring prepared I was not syncing changes.
This brings the GCC sources up to date.  The patches are almost all from
Chris Manghane, and are mostly using the backend interface for more
code.  Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
