Re: Apply attribute returns_nonnull in libiberty

The gcc-specific part now. Bootstrap+testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu together with the libiberty patch (well, libgomp.graphite/force-parallel-4.c failed, but that randomly happens).
