[PATCH] Fix PR58521

This hopefully fixes the bootstrap issue people were seeing.
It fixes the ICE on the file I reproduced it on with i586 bootstrap.

Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, applied to trunk.

I'm still reducing a testcase.
