EOUTOFDATE:

   There are constructors to create the various forms of wide-int from
   trees, rtl and constants.  For trees and constants, you can simply say:

             tree t = ...;
             wide_int x = t;
             wide_int y = 6;
public:
  wide_int_ro ();
  wide_int_ro (const_tree);
