Subject: [PATCH 5/6] Andes nds32: documentation for nds32 target.

Hi,

This patch consists of the nds32 specific content in documentation,
including options, constraints, --with-nds32-lib configure option,
and attributes for nds32 target.

	* doc/extend.texi (Function Attributes): Document nds32 specific
	attributes.
