(Google did not find me an immediate candidate.)

There is http://www.semicon.toshiba.co.jp/docs/catalog/en/mepum05005- e_catalog.pdf ("MeP Core (MeP-c4) User’s Manual (Architecture)") but no HTML page pointing to it, it seems.
