[wwwdocs] Use dependent instead of dependant

- Subject: [wwwdocs] Use dependent instead of dependant
Per http://gcc.gnu.org/codingconventions.html we should use
dependent, not dependant. This fixes this for the new GCC 4.7
porting notes as well as one old news entry.
