libgo patch committed: Recognize MIPS ABIs

- Subject: libgo patch committed: Recognize MIPS ABIs
This libgo patch recognizes the various MIPS ABIs and sets an
appropriate GOARCH value. Bootstrapped on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
