[gccgo] Update to current version of Go library


I have updated libgo to the current version of the Go library.  The
diffs to the Go library itself are too large to include here.  They are
also interesting as they simply copy the changes in the master
repository.  See the repository for details on the changes.

I have attached the changes to the files which are not part of the Go
library proper.
