Subject: [4.6, ARM] Add Faraday CPUs support

Hi,

This patch adds support for Faraday CPUs, FA526/FA626/
FA606TE/FA626TE/FMP626/FA726TE.
Tested on arm-none-eabi and no any new regression occurs.
