[gimplefe] Add description for gimple-front-end branch in wwwdocs

This patch adds a description for gimple-front-end branch in svn.html (thanks Tobias Burnus for noticing!).

I have also fixed the references to the branch that I had added to the wiki page (http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GimpleFrontEnd)

Committed to wwwdocs.

Diego.
