[patch lto]: Remove two warnings

Hello,

This patch addresses two warnings I saw by using gcc 3.3.4for building.

        * lto.c (lto_resolution_read):  Pre-initialize local variable r.
        * lto-coff.c (coff_write_object_file): Add braces to if.
