I am sorry, but I don't follow. I thought the formatting of the supplied
ChangeLog entry was correct. What am I missing?

Will do.

I should have stated earlier that I don't have svn write access, thus
someone with that right has to commit the patch (with a fixed ChangeLog
entry) for me.
