I would have just left the buggy divdc3 in place and kept
nagging Apple to fix it. At least until we get a final
definitive answer on whether...
<rdar://problem/7457013> ___divdc3 slightly wrong
will be marked as a WON'T FIX for 10.6 or 10.7. Probably
didn't help that Mike titled the bug as 'slightly wrong'.
It's unfortunate that so many of the NeXT folks at Apple
who cared about the quality of the unix underpinnings
seem to be moving on.
