[PATCH][configure] Recognize the gold linker in gcc/configure

Hi,

    This patch fixes the configure script in the gcc directory so that
it recognizes the gold linker and does not use gold's version number
to test for ld's features.  The patch was tested by doing
bootstrapping on x86-64.
