Subject: [PATCH] Remove support for power7 VSX load/store with update instructions

The update form of the VSX load/store instructions is in the process of being
deleted in the Power ISA 2.06.  This patch eliminates the support for these
instructions in the GCC 4.5 mainline.  I've applied the patch and did not see
any regressions in the testsuite.  Is it ok to apply to the mainline?
